Your Homecoming dashboard comes built-in with a few assessments, you'll find them in the Standard Assessments Package collection in your Library.
Assessments range from Reflective, Diagnostic, and Psychedelic. You can choose to use the ones that are a fit for your practice or make your own custom forms.

Each of these come with their own scoring system unique to them.
You can view more details about an Assessment, including how to use it and interpret results by clicking on it and viewing the information in the side panel.
When you send an Assessment to a client and they complete it, you can view their results in their profile and start seeing trends over time as you keep sending it.
